Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Podiatry from an accredited school.
• Arizona Podiatry Medical License active.
• Board Qualified or Board Certified (DPM) and Arizona Dispensary License.
• Current DEA license and ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate foot, ankle, and lower extremity conditions.
• Diagnose injuries and diseases and develop treatment plans.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient podiatric consultations.
• Manage follow-up care and ongoing treatment.
• Perform surgical procedures as indicated.
• Complete documentation, orders, and prescriptions efficiently.
• Educate patients and families throughout treatment.
• Obtain informed consent prior to procedures.
