Summary Of Position

The Podiatric Physician will join an established practice to provide high-quality care, increasing throughput and adding value. Responsibilities include providing skillful, compassionate care for foot and ankle conditions in a busy, surgical practice located in Bowling Green, Kentucky, near Nashville, adjacent to Baptist Health facility.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide state-of-the-art podiatric care in a clinical setting.
  • Examine patients, review medical histories, and diagnose lower extremity conditions.
  • Develop and implement care plans using various medicines, tools, technology, and techniques.
  • Educate patients and families about care plans and podiatric health.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation per regulations and policies.
  • Prescribe medications as permitted by the Board of Podiatric Medicine.
  • Participate in continuing education required by the Board.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree with relevant certification.
  • Required licensure and certification by the Board of Podiatric Medicine.
  • DEA registration or eligibility.
