Anderson Podiatry Center is seeking a surgically trained podiatrist (3+ years preferred) to join our established private practice on a 2–3 day per week basis, primarily based in our Broomfield office (Denver metro area), with potential for exposure in our Fort Collins location as the schedule expands.

Who This Role Is For

• Is well-trained in basic podiatric surgical procedures
• Is confident managing general podiatry independently
• Is willing to learn and confidently offer cash services when appropriate (e.g., regenerative therapies)
• Believes patients deserve to hear all appropriate treatment options — regardless of cost — and can pivot respectfully if patients choose alternative plans
• Is assertive about structured follow‑up and seeing patients through full treatment plans
• Is comfortable reviewing metrics and improving production
• Engages patients with curiosity — asking thoughtful questions and identifying additional care needs
• Has excellent bedside manner and strong communication skills

This role requires a producer mindset — someone who understands that patient engagement, appropriate diagnostics, structured follow‑up, and comprehensive care drive both outcomes and practice growth.
