Job summary

Procore is seeking an Associate Product Manager 2, Release Tooling, to own the internal release platform used across product, go-to-market, and support teams. You will design and build tooling that gives PMs self-serve control of the release lifecycle, from pilot to general availability, while aligning with go-to-market needs and ensuring visibility across launches.

Based in Austin, TX, you will collaborate with Engineering and UX, and partner with product, marketing, and enablement teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience building internal tools, platforms, or workflow products is a plus.
• Collaborate with UX and Engineering to ship polished products.
• Turn ambiguity into clarity with crisp requirements and measurable success.
• Builder's curiosity about emerging tech, especially AI.

Responsibilities

• Own the internal release platform and system of record for Procore ships.
• Evolve release processes and workflows toward a purpose-built platform.
• Give product managers self-serve control over full release lifecycle.
• Build approval workflows for what ships, when, and how it's packaged to customers.
• Coordinate downstream go-to-market work so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Own content pipeline for PM-authored release information to customer-facing surfaces.
• Build analytics layer for company-wide visibility into adoption of releases.
