Job summary

Internet Brands is seeking an Associate Product Manager for AI Products to shape AI-powered experiences across content, discovery, search, and personalization. You will lead prompt design, evaluation, and experimentation, partnering with engineering, data science, UX, and content teams to translate goals into measurable AI behavior and prompts.

This hands-on role targets early-career PMs with practical experience in LLM-powered products, structured workflows, analytics, and rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of product management or AI-focused roles.
• Hands-on with LLM-powered products and conversational AI.
• Experience writing and refining prompts for multi-turn AI experiences.
• Ability to evaluate AI outputs for quality, safety, and usefulness.
• Familiarity with rubric-based scoring and golden test sets.
• Strong analytical skills with product data and experiments.
• Ability to translate problems into measurable AI product requirements.
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science, UX, and content.

Responsibilities

• Support development and optimization of AI-powered product features.
• Create, manage, and iterate on prompts across AI experiences.
• Define prompt management practices and versioning.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, ML, UX, and content teams to set AI behavior requirements.
• Define evaluation criteria for prompt changes (accuracy, relevance, safety, etc.).
• Build prompt evaluation frameworks using human review and QA.
• Design experiments to compare prompt variants and measure impact.
• Review AI outputs for failure modes and safety concerns.
• Document requirements, evaluation results, and learnings.
• Support rapid iteration from prototype to production.
