Primary Purpose: This position would focus on soft goods allocation, as well as store planning functions specifically pertaining to allocation (cluster management, market grading), weekly store reporting, information coordination between CFTs (field, finance, marketing), managing store visit recaps and ad hoc analysis.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in store planning & allocation to:

  • Manage replenishment of all Off Price locations to maintain healthy inventory levels on a weekly basis by analyzing store sales and future WOS.
  • Analyze historical business trends on an ongoing basis to understand business drivers, identify opportunities and risks, while partnering with key stakeholders to take action appropriately.
  • Support hindsight and market preparation: set up planning files and partner with the Buying team on pre-season key strategies.
  • Participate in seasonal purchase budget process, partnering with manager to develop category and channel sales, margin and inventory plans aligning with business strategies.
  • Manage monthly store planning deliverables, including sales by store and KPI forecasting; store cluster management; and cross-functional communication with finance and field teams.
  • Collaborate with store field teams to ensure they are set up for success and have the proper inventory to do forecasted sales as well as gather anecdotal information that might affect future sales plans.
  • Manage weekly product reporting package for cross-functional team.
  • Run ad-hoc analysis when needed to provide clear conclusions and actionable next steps.

An outstanding professional will have:

  • 2+ years of prior planning and/or financial analysis experience; Equivalent combination of work experience and education will be considered.

BASE PAY RANGE: $65,000.00 TO $75,000.00 Annually
