Job summary

Cole Haan Retail Stores seeks an Associate Planner to drive growth through merchandise analysis, open-to-buy processes, and monthly sales forecasts. You will collaborate with Sales, Global Channel Merchandising, Product Management, North America Finance, and Demand Planning to optimize profitability and stock planning.

Responsibilities include preparing regular performance reports for cross-functional partners, identifying risks and opportunities through analytics, and maintaining replenishment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1+ years of related experience in planning or analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, MS Office.
• Experience with SAP and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Assist digital wholesale team with detailed sales / inventory analysis to drive continued growth in key digital accounts.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for cross functional partners in Sales and Merchandising to provide detailed overview of business performance by account.
• Leverage analytics to identify risks and opportunities in season and provide actionable recommendations to improve business trend and drive growth.
• Manage key franchise and core replenishment assortment for NAM Wholesale providing Sales and Merchandising partners visibility to Wholesale key items and relevant trend.
• Maintain and monitor monthly replenishment sales by SKU; ensure on order / future projections align with current retail performance, optimizing shipment potential on key items.
• Contribute to the development of standardized best practice reporting and improved cross functional communication.
• Produce ad-hoc reports and analysis upon request.

The Associate Planner is responsible for facilitating business growth through analysis of merchandise selling, open to buy, monthly sales forecasts, sales to stock analysis, and profitability. The Planner will collaborate and coordinate planning activities with key stakeholders in Sales, Global Channel Merchandising, Product Management, North America Finance, and Demand Planning.
