Overview
The Publicis Media Business Development team is responsible for driving new client growth across our network of agencies, capabilities, and disciplines. As an Associate, you will play a central role in orchestrating high-stakes new business opportunities from early pursuit through final pitch delivery.
This is not a traditional sales role. This role is a highly cross-functional position at the intersection of strategy, operations, storytelling, and executive-level pitch management. You will help bring together the best of Publicis Media’s Power of One offering - across media, data, technology, commerce, content, performance, and platform partnerships - and ensure our teams show up with clarity, cohesion, and competitive advantage.
Working closely with Publicis Media U.S. leadership, agency teams, capability leads, and Global Business Development, you will help manage the full pitch process, elevate the quality of our materials, support senior stakeholders, and ensure every opportunity is delivered with rigor, precision, and impact.

Compensation Range: USD $40,280.00 - USD $53,445.00/Annually.This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
