For over 125 years, Calvary Hospital and Calvary @Home located in the Bronx, New York has been dedicated to the palliative care of advanced cancer and other terminally ill patients and their families. Through a caring, compassionate, philosophy of non-abandonment, the hospice provides a full spectrum of palliative services, including emotional, spiritual, and physical care. Requirements: To assume temporary duties of patient care during assigned periods of time at the discretion of the Calvary Hospital Medical Director.

Salary:$109.00/hourly

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree from an approved institution.
  • New York State License.
  • Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine or the American Board of Family Practice, or have demonstrated substantially equivalent training and expertise.
  • Competent to care for patients in the advanced stage of disease.
  • Exhibits an ability and attitude relative to the spirit of care and tradition of Calvary Hospital as required by specific job duties and functions.
