UCI Health in Irvine is seeking a Staff Physician to join the Emergency Department, providing patient care and participating in high‑acuity trauma and acute medical care. The role requires physician licensure in California and board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine.
You must hold an MD or DO, a current DEA registration, and be able to obtain UCI medical staff privileges. Compliance with university and Medicare standards is expected, along with completing required trainings.

The Staff Physician will primarily provide patient care services at the Emergency Department at UCI Health - Irvine with the potential to work at other sites. Staff Physician is expected to comply with all compliance standards, complete all required trainings, and follow proper documentation process to meet the standards of the Compliance Office and Medicare regulations.
