JOB SUMMARY

Work with Pharmacy Markets business owners, stakeholders, and management to achieve growth objectives. Organize activities, monitor progress, and communicate effectively with customers. Responsibilities may include:

  • Leading projects, analyzing data for process improvements.
  • Researching and developing new pharmacy products.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Providing analytical support and translating business needs into system requirements.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement programs, develop processes, and measure performance for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze data, support program oversight, and make decisions to improve practices.
  • Collaborate with teams and manage projects, including escalated issues.
  • Develop pharmacy benefit solutions and communicate with all organizational levels.
  • Research market offerings to ensure competitiveness and member satisfaction.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

  • Required: High school diploma or GED
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree

EXPERIENCE

  • Required: 0-1 years relevant healthcare and project management experience.

LICENSES or CERTIFICATIONS

  • Preferred: Six-Sigma, Project Management certifications

Skills

  • Proficiency with MS Office, presentation skills, critical thinking, problem assessment, and communication skills.

Travel Requirement: 0-25%

Physical and Working Conditions
