To receive, stock and issue the material under the guidance of executive pharmacy / stores.

(A) Operational

• Documentation of receiving, stocking and issuing the material.
• Maintaining ledgers.
• Maintaining bin cards.
• Keep stores executive informed of all-important issues regarding materials.
• Inspection and quality checks of goods received.
• Play an active role in ensuring proper inventory control systems including, control and monitoring of stocks, introduction of new items, removal of non moving and expired stock.
• Implementing SOPs.
• Knowledge about statutory dealings.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the superiors.

Performance Parameters

• Accuracy in invoicing/billing.
• Timely and accurate fill of stores items.
• Active participation in all departmental training and development activities.
• Active participation in Inventory Management.

Education

Essential: : Diploma in Pharmacy

Experience

0 - 3 years experience in reputed hospital pharmacy or retail outlet.
