What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Act as a trusted partner and coach for managers and teams within assigned business units

  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues in alignment with company values
  • Own and execute the global offboarding process to ensure a positive employee experience

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Previous experience in a People team, ideally as a People Partner or within Employee Relations
  • A few years of relevant experience in a similar role with exposure to multiple regions
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
  • Strong alignment with the employer's values and commitment to promoting them across the organization
