Job description

Our growing private practice in the Greater Houston/Northeast Houston area is seeking a motivated board-certified/board eligible Pediatric Dentist for a long-term associateship. This is a fantastic opportunity for Pediatric Dentists looking to build their career, work in a top-rated pediatric practice, and have the opportunity for mentorship.

We have a modern office setting with state-of-the-art equipment, a well-trained team, and systems in place. Our practice features electronic charting, a built-in nitrous oxide system, in-office monitored sedation, and IV sedation. We provide excellent care for kids and teenagers (0 to 18 years old) in a fun, friendly, and safe environment.

Our practice boasts a strong patient base, a steady schedule, and an established referral system. We offer comprehensive care, including prevention, minimally invasive treatment, restorative procedures, and sedation or general anesthesia when needed.

Compensation is highly competitive, based on the higher of a minimum guarantee or a percentage of adjusted production. The schedule is flexible, supporting work-life balance, with a supportive and collaborative team. The position is part-time with potential to become full-time in the near future. Administrative tasks such as credentialing, billing, scheduling, and staffing are handled by the company.

Minimum Requirements:
  • DDS or DMD degree
  • Pediatric Certificate from an accredited U.S. dental university
