Job summary

Queen of the Valley Medical Center is seeking an Associate PBX Operator in the Communications Unit. This per diem role requires you to work 8-hour variable shifts, answering a multi-line PBX and directing calls to extensions, departments, or individuals.

Under moderate supervision, you will monitor emergency alarms and respond to equipment failures while maintaining patient-focused communication. Prior healthcare experience and switchboard skills are valued to support reliable hospital
