Associate Patient Care Coordinator - Palm Harbor, FL - 2282864

Join our team as an Associate Patient Care Coordinator at Primary Care Plus in Palm Harbor, FL. This role involves providing front office support including appointment scheduling, patient registration, cashiering, and answering calls. The position reports to the Center Administrator and requires a high school diploma or GED, with at least 1 year of customer service experience.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Location: 30522 US Highway 19 N, Suite 119, Palm Harbor, FL

Primary Responsibilities
  • Greeting patients and managing wait times
  • Patient check-in/out, including verification and documentation
  • Collecting payments and issuing receipts
  • Scheduling appointments and answering phones
  • Managing medical records and correspondence
  • Building effective relationships with patients and staff
  • Performing additional duties as assigned
Qualifications

Required: High School Diploma/GED, 1+ years in customer service, basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to travel 10%

Preferred: Experience with medical office processes, data entry, EMR systems
