Job summary

UF Health in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) for full-time overnight shifts (7:00pm–7:00am, Sun–Sat, 36 hours/week). The PCA delivers direct patient care under RN supervision, maintains a clean and safe environment, and supports patient and family satisfaction through service excellence.

The Patient Care Assistant (PCA) provides direct patient care and supportive services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). The PCA assists in delivering safe, effective, patient-centered care while ensuring a clean, orderly environment and demonstrating service excellence behaviors to promote patient and family satisfaction.
