Our client, a prominent IP law firm, is seeking a Patent Attorney with a background in display technologies.

Schedule: 3/2

Billable Hours: 1,800

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and prosecute U.S. and foreign patent applications
• Analyze Office Actions and develop appropriate response strategies
• Manage docketing and file maintenance tasks accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with other attorneys and technical staff on complex patent matters
• Engage in continuous legal and technical training to expand subject matter expertise

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of patent prosecution experience
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Optical Engineering, or a closely related field
• Must have experience with display technologies, such as OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) or other technologies used in screens for TVs, smartphones, or monitors
• Registered to practice before the USPTO
