Job summary

Qualifications
- Biblical qualifications for church leadership as described in Scripture.
- Ability to lead and disciple youth and adults with relational maturity.
- Strong communication and teaching skills for various age groups.
Responsibilities
- Lead Junior High and High School weekly ministries.
- Develop teaching and curriculum plans for youth.
- Disciple students and invest relationally in their lives.
- Recruit, train, and lead adult volunteers and student leaders.
- Partner with parents and provide pastoral care to students and families.
- Preach approximately once per month and participate in church leadership.
