Adirondack Bible Chapel in the Adirondacks is seeking an Associate Pastor / MC Director who combines shepherding care with hands-on leadership in a residential ministry center.

You will preach, disciple, mentor staff and volunteers, and collaborate with elders on budgets and long-term strategy, while guiding a community-centered, gospel-focused mission.

This on-site role includes a private apartment and opportunities for personal and spiritual development alongside a committed church family.

Qualifications

• Mature Christian with a clear call to pastoral ministry (as described in the role)
• Experience in leadership, discipleship or biblical counseling
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in theology, ministry or counseling
• Preacher, teacher and communicator
• Team-builder
• Agreement with the statement of faith of Adirondack Bible Chapel

Job description

We're looking for a pastor-leader with the heart of a shepherd and the mind of a builder. The Associate Pastor / MC Director bridges our local church and residential ministry center, providing pastoral care, spiritual vision and leadership development across both ministries. You'll work directly alongside our senior pastor as a team member in a hands-on, community-embedded role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Total Package $50,000 - $60,000
Private spacious on-site apartment with utilities included

Three weeks vacation
