Qualifications

• Must possess a genuine profession of faith and a clear testimony of salvation.
• Called to pastoral ministry per I Tim. 3:1-7; Titus 1:6-9.
• Evangelist's heart, passionate to share the Gospel with the lost.
• Able to clearly teach God's Word to all ages, including children and youth.
• Utilizes an exegetical approach to sermon prep and delivery.
• Willing to engage with local schools and sports leagues.
• Self-disciplined with a servant's heart; humble and teachable.

Responsibilities

• Preaching and Teaching: Weekly Sunday School for adults; Sunday morning worship 10-12 times a year.
• Pastoral Role: Shepherding Children's Ministry; counsel families; train leadership; disciple parents.
