Responsibilities

• Shepherd and oversee Children’s Ministry Director and volunteers; ensure clear ministry decisions.
• Lead Children’s Ministry Leadership Team; foster unity, prayer, and alignment with church standards.
• Shepherd families with children from nursery through 5th grade with pastoral care and biblical counseling.
• Develop and deliver training for biblically grounded parenting and marriage in collaboration with pastoral leadership.
• Coordinate effective communication across Children’s Ministry with parents, volunteers, staff, and pastors.
• Cultivate a biblical understanding of global disciple-making and mobilize church for mission.
• Develop and support global workers through assessment, training, and ongoing encouragement.
• Lead Global Ministries Council with vision, unity, and strategic planning.
• Oversee Global Ministries budget and coordinate with LifeGroups to support partners.
• Maintain communication with global partners and provide care during partner visits.
• Teach and preach as needed; participate in weekly Executive Team and monthly elder meetings.
