Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communications with biblically sound sermons from a Lutheran perspective.
• Ability to lead adult faith formation, outreach, service and fellowship via small groups.
• Relates well to all ages and provides pastoral care.
• Engages in Outreach and Mission via electronic and social media.

Responsibilities

• Teach and lead adult faith formation through outreach, education, service and fellowship via small groups.
• Preach regularly in worship services (approximately 40%).
• Provide pastoral care and relate to church staff and members.
• Engage in outreach and mission activities, including online platforms.
