The purpose of the Associate Pastor is to serve the church body through equipping, overseeing, and shepherding. This position will work with and report to the lead pastor. The Associate Pastor will become an Elder and a member of the Church Council unless reasons to delay that appointment are mutually agreed upon during the hiring process. The ideal candidate is spiritually and theologically mature, skilled in mentoring, pastoral care, team-building, and strongly committed to gospel ministry within a local church context.

Be responsible for family and discipleship ministries that reach and mobilize people for gospel ministry within their families, church, and spheres of influence. You will combine leadership and communication skills with humility and patience to achieve objectives.
Sufficient theological training and/or ministry experience, agreement with our Statement of Faith, excellent people skills, ability to teach God's Word effectively, teamwork, and music ability to lead congregational singing.
