Learfield is seeking a part-time Associate Coordinator to support on-campus operations for one of our Sports Properties. This role is critical to delivering on our partnership commitments and supporting game day execution, sponsorship fulfillment, and administrative operations.

The position requires strong organization, reliable performance, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced, event-driven environment on campus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with gameday and event operations, including signage setup and hospitality areas.
• Support sponsorship activations (displays, handouts, contests).
• Prepare proposals and presentations using PowerPoint.
• Use proprietary systems for reporting, data entry, and basic analysis.
• Communicate with athletics staff and team members; assist with select client interactions.
• Provide general office and administrative support.
• Assist with gameday program sales and other related tasks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional and positive representative of Learfield on campus, maintaining strong working relationships with university partners and ensuring all interactions reflect well on both the property and the school
• Support execution of sponsorship elements to ensure fulfillment and client satisfaction
• Assist with gameday and event operations, including setup of in-venue signage, hospitality areas/suites, and promotional displays
• Support fulfillment of on- and off-field/court sponsorship activations (displays, promotional handouts, contests, etc.)
• Prepare proposals and presentations using PowerPoint
• Utilize proprietary systems to support reporting, data entry, and basic analysis
• Communicate with athletics staff, promotions personnel, and Sports Properties team members; assist with select client/partner interactions
• Provide general office and administrative support
• Assist with gameday program sales
• Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed

Minimum Qualifications
