A leading consulting firm is seeking an Associate Partner for Revenue Cycle Transformation. This role involves managing consulting engagements, providing leadership, and enhancing revenue cycle processes using Epic. Ideal candidates will have extensive healthcare experience and proven leadership skills.

Remote work is allowed.Role Overview•Lead the delivery of client engagements within Chartis’ Revenue Cycle Practice, including directing the activities of the engagement team, leading theproblem-solvingprocess, and overseeingteam analysis and deliverables
•Apply thought leadership to client engagements, generating actionable insights that drive meaningful improvement for the firm’s clients, developing frameworks and approaches with broad potential impact
•Buildand maintaintrust-based relationships withexisting and prospective clients, drawing upon healthcare knowledge and insights to surface and discuss issues within and beyond the scope of specific consulting engagements
•Structure revenue cycle transformation projects through knowledge of Epic EHR revenue cycle capabilities
•Act as a coach and mentor to junior staff, rapidly developing their skills and knowledge through an apprenticeship-based development model.
•Foster collaboration within engagement teams, across practices, and at all levels of the firm
•Help maintain a collaborative culture that attracts world-class, passionate, and mission-driven consultants
Salary range: $170,000 - $205,000 plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs. In addition, Chartis offers several benefits, including medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, disability insurance, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, wellness stipend, and additional voluntary benefits.
