What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the business and compliance authority for prevailing wages within the CPWH program
- Provide domain expertise in wage determination, Davis-Bacon Act, and federal wage compliance standards
- Liaise with client stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and expectations are managed
- Translate federal compliance requirements into functional and technical specifications for the platform
- Ensure compliance and transparency across all CHIPS-funded infrastructure projects onboarded to the CPWH platform
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 9+ years of experience in federal government wage compliance programs
- Deep expertise in Prevailing Wages, including the Davis-Bacon Act and federal labor standards
- Strong knowledge of federal compliance frameworks and wage reporting processes
- Proven experience working with federal agencies such as the Department of Commerce or Department of Labor
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior-level stakeholders in U.S. federal government programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in cloud-based compliance platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Prior role as a Program Manager/Senior Consultant in federal digital transformation initiatives
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work with executive-level federal leaders
- Completion of a Master\'s degree program
