What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Serve as the business and compliance authority for prevailing wages within the CPWH program
  • Provide domain expertise in wage determination, Davis-Bacon Act, and federal wage compliance standards
  • Liaise with client stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and expectations are managed
  • Translate federal compliance requirements into functional and technical specifications for the platform
  • Ensure compliance and transparency across all CHIPS-funded infrastructure projects onboarded to the CPWH platform
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 9+ years of experience in federal government wage compliance programs
  • Deep expertise in Prevailing Wages, including the Davis-Bacon Act and federal labor standards
  • Strong knowledge of federal compliance frameworks and wage reporting processes
  • Proven experience working with federal agencies such as the Department of Commerce or Department of Labor
  • Demonstrated ability to manage senior-level stakeholders in U.S. federal government programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in cloud-based compliance platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Prior role as a Program Manager/Senior Consultant in federal digital transformation initiatives
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work with executive-level federal leaders
  • Completion of a Master\'s degree program
