2 Hour Learning is scaling a proven school model nationally. Over the next six months, we're launching 25–30 new K–12 campuses. Each one needs approvals, buildings, onboarding systems, and financial infrastructure, on deadline, with no margin for error.
We're hiring a small number of elite operators to own one of these four launch-critical domains :
Each leader will own one of these. You'll report to the founder, lead a full-stack team of VPs, analysts, campus ops, and vendors, and deliver real outcomes, not recommendations. This is not a portfolio oversight role. It's an execution seat, backed by a mandate, capital, and urgency.
2 Hour Learning powers Alpha, GT School, Texas Sports Academy, and more — a growing network of schools built around one idea : kids can master a year of content in just two focused hours per day. The rest of the day is theirs — for passion, projects, or life. Our model works. It's PE-backed, traction-proven, and now scaling nationally.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $400 USD / hour, which equates to $800,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
