You've spent years shaping strategy for clients. Now it's your turn to run the play with full control.

2 Hour Learning is scaling a proven school model nationally. Over the next six months, we're launching 25–30 new K–12 campuses. Each one needs approvals, buildings, onboarding systems, and financial infrastructure, on deadline, with no margin for error.

We're hiring a small number of elite operators to own one of these four launch-critical domains :

  • Regulatory : Secure state and local approvals across new markets
  • Onboarding Systems : Stand up internal systems for student enrollment, provisioning, and support
  • Finance : Build and own financial models, forecasting, reporting, and budget governance

Each leader will own one of these. You'll report to the founder, lead a full-stack team of VPs, analysts, campus ops, and vendors, and deliver real outcomes, not recommendations. This is not a portfolio oversight role. It's an execution seat, backed by a mandate, capital, and urgency.

2 Hour Learning powers Alpha, GT School, Texas Sports Academy, and more — a growing network of schools built around one idea : kids can master a year of content in just two focused hours per day. The rest of the day is theirs — for passion, projects, or life. Our model works. It's PE-backed, traction-proven, and now scaling nationally.

This is not the safe choice. It's the high-leverage one.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Owning one of four national-scale domains : regulatory strategy, onboarding systems, or financial operations
  • Driving zero-to-one execution across states — and writing the systems that will scale beyond you
  • Operating with clear authority, unambiguous scope, and full accountability
  • Collaborating directly with the founder, board, and senior team to align capital with execution
  • Applying AI tools and automation to reduce drag, scale faster, and stay lean
  • What You Won't Be Doing

  • Recommending from the sidelines — you'll make the calls
  • Wading through layers — this is direct to founder, not filtered through ops teams
  • Managing by proxy — your hands will be on the levers
  • Babysitting broken legacy systems — you'll build new ones from scratch
  • Waiting for the "right moment" — this is the moment
  • Associate Partner Key Responsibilities

    Build and lead one of 2HL's national operating pillars — delivering launch-ready infrastructure at speed, with capital and conviction behind you.

    Basic Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience, including at least 5 at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG — ideally at Principal, Partner, or AP level
  • Proven track record owning high-complexity, cross-functional initiatives under real pressure
  • Direct leadership in one or more of : regulatory strategy, systems onboarding, or finance
  • High-velocity operator with a bias for clarity, decision, and impact
  • U.S. work authorization and willingness to travel ~1 week / month
  • Comfort using AI tools and workflows to scale faster and smarter

    Working with us

    This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $400 USD / hour, which equates to $800,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
