You’ll collaborate with Packaging Operations, Labeling, Procurement and QA to optimize packaging structures and testing methods.

The role resides in Global Packaging Operations, requires 1+ year of packaging experience, a packaging/engineering degree, and travel up to 20% globally.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in packaging engineering or related field.
• BS in Packaging, Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience with packaging test equipment and software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Cape Pack).
• Ability to manage multiple global projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel ~20% domestically/internationally.
• Ability to interface with broad global cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute packaging testing for primary and secondary packaging.
• Issue test reports based on collected data.
• Support instrument qualification and test method development.
• Identify and develop new packaging structures from concept to commercialization.
• Develop and produce packaging mock-up samples for design reviews.
• Provide technical input to capital projects and manufacturing sites.
