Colonial Pipeline Company in Alpharetta, GA is seeking an Associate Organizational Development Specialist to strengthen workforce effectiveness. You will analyze data, design development programs, and partner with leaders to drive engagement and succession planning.

This non-shift, individual contributor role requires up to 10% travel, a bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills. You will implement training, dashboards, and analytics using Power BI, Smartsheet, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Exposure to Human Resources, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
  • Experience with needs analysis, critical thinking, data mining, and data analysis.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong collaboration across leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Execute programs that enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Administer organizational assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Deliver training and development initiatives in collaboration with the Talent Development Program Manager.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives that support smooth organizational transitions.
  • Analyze workforce data using Power BI and Smartsheet to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with leadership on succession planning strategies.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and analytics tools that monitor talent development initiatives.
  • Provide planning, implementation, and reporting support for talent management processes.
  • Conduct skills mapping and gap analyses with managers and stakeholders to inform training and hiring strategies.
  • Coordinate compliance training initiatives and maintain training records.
  • Draft detailed reports for senior leaders that highlight trends, insights, and outcomes.

In this role, you will help identify and address organizational challenges, develop strategies that improve employee satisfaction, and align development programs with company goals. You will combine analytical insight, collaboration, strategic planning, training, and change management to strengthen organizational effectiveness and readiness for future challenges.This is an individual contributor position based in Alpharetta, Georgia.
