$18.00/hr - $19.50/hr

TLP Mission Statement

Our Young Toddler Teachers are responsible for developing a cohesive teaching team, coordinating the curriculum, and managing the day-to-day operational activities of the classroom. Our teachers understand children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development to ensure a safe and stimulating environment where children are actively engaged and encouraged to succeed. They communicate effectively with children and adults, guide Teacher Assistants, and address parental concerns.

Duties
  • Play, dance, sing, and smile in a classroom of six children.
  • Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by developing classroom activities.
  • Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to promote social, cognitive, and emotional growth.
  • Maintain frequent communication with parents through discussions, progress reports, and our LILLIO app.
  • Ensure all policies and regulations are met, including hygiene, safety, and security standards.
  • Supervise teacher assistants to ensure adherence to activities and standards.
Requirements

Full job description available upon request. Must have a love for children, strong communication skills, basic computer skills, and high energy. Willingness to learn about child development or take Early Childhood Education classes is preferred. Certification in CPR and First Aid or willingness to obtain. Must pass background checks and health screening. Maintain professional development hours.
