Job summary

The Boeing Company in Hazelwood, Missouri is seeking an Associate or Experienced Procurement Agent to join the MQ-25 program, onsite at Hazelwood. The role covers demand/supply analysis, contract development, and supplier management for a high-visibility defense program.

Successful candidates will have strong MS Office skills, a bachelor's or higher, and experience with supplier interfaces and contract negotiations. This is a 1st shift, onsite position with typical Boeing total rewards benefits.

Position Responsibilities - Associate Level 2:

• Associate Level 2: More than 1 year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experienced Level 3: More than 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience interfacing with customers or suppliers regarding contract requirements and/or proposals
• Experience working directly with suppliers and supplier management
• Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong sense of customer service
• Experience working in fast paced environment with strict deadlines
• Experience working both independently and in team environments

Typical Education/Experience:

Associate Level 2: Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Experienced Level 3: Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range for Associate Level 2: $69,700 - $86,100

Summary pay range for Experienced Level 3: $88,400 - $109,200
