Hëda in Lacey, Washington is seeking a full-time optometrist with flexibility for part-time. The role offers a generous PTO ramp from 3 to 5 weeks, plus 6 paid holidays and Diversity Days depending on years of service. A relocation or sign-on bonus is available for an experienced candidate.

Position starts at the beginning of the year. The practice is a large private group (3+ doctors) with a comprehensive benefits package including a retirement plan and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Ideally looking for a full-time candidate, but open to part-time as well.
• PTO starts at 3 weeks and increases up to 5 weeks.
• 6 paid holidays.

• Willing to offer relocation bonus or sign-on bonus for an experienced candidate.
