ETS Vision in Olympia, WA is seeking a full-time Optometrist to join a well-established OD/MD practice. The role offers a 4×10 schedule with no weekends and a mix of routine exams and medical co-management, serving adult to geriatric patients with tech support provided.

Compensation includes a $150,000 guaranteed salary plus performance incentives, comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance, retirement plan with employer match, generous PTO, professional development support, license/fees

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree required.
• Valid Washington Optometry License required.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities
