Luxottica, via Pearle Vision, seeks an Associate Doctor of Optometry to join an independent subleasing practice. You will deliver full-scope optometric care within an OD office and be compensated and scheduled directly with the Subleasing doctor.

Affiliated doctors enjoy professional autonomy, flexible scheduling including part-time options, and a fully equipped, furnished office with an online appointment book and recall system.

Qualifications

• Associate Doctor of Optometry with ability to provide high-quality optometric care.
• Full scope of practice predicated on professional discretion and agreement with Subleasing Doctor.
• Flexible scheduling including part-time commitments.
• Work in a fully furnished OD office with a full suite of OD equipment.
• Automated online appointment book and patient recall system.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye care and optometric services to patients.
• Coordinate patient care with Subleasing Doctor and staff.
• Maintain documentation and comply with practice standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION

An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Pearle Vision (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Pearle Vision Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.

As a private Independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the Affiliated Doctor operates the Doctors office and provides high quality optometric care and service to patients. Working as an Associate Doctor of Optometry within the practice, the terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are all negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.
