Luxottica’s Pearle Vision in Richmond, VA is seeking an Associate Optometrist to provide comprehensive eye care within a private independent practice model. The role operates under a subleasing doctor, with clinical autonomy and a focus on high-quality patient care.

Pay and hours are negotiated directly with the Subleasing doctor, and options for part-time scheduling exist. The office is fully equipped, with an automated appointment book and patient recall system to support efficient care

Qualifications

• Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Pearle Vision.
• Practice model and pay negotiated with Subleasing doctor.
• Flexible scheduling including part-time commitments.
• Fully furnished office with OD equipment and online appointment book system.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and service to patients.
• Work within the practice of a Pearle VisionSubleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.
• Autonomy in clinical decisions with no company-imposed quotas.
