With over 900 locations, LensCrafters is the largest optical retailer in North America, committed to quality and eye health for over 30 years. An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with LensCrafters (Luxottica) will work within a practice operated by a Subleasing Optometrist.

Role and Practice Model

The independent practice model allows the Affiliated Doctor to operate with professional autonomy, providing comprehensive eye exams and patient care. The terms of employment, practice model, pay, and hours are negotiated directly with the Subleasing Doctor.
