Job summary

Target Optical, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an Associate Optometrist in Palm Coast, FL to deliver high-quality eye and vision care and manage patient health within a collaborative team. You will diagnose, treat and monitor ocular conditions using current technology, adhere to clinical protocols and contribute to patient satisfaction and practice growth in a busy store environment.

Florida licensure is required; DPA/TPA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the State of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certified.
• Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish a positive doctor/patient relationship.
• Conduct all services in accordance with clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Utilize technology to deliver optimal patient experiences.
• Collaborate with store/practice team and Field Leadership to foster a safe, motivating work environment.
• Maintain office quality systems.
• Lead and train team members using company programs.
• Strive to exceed KPI and performance expectations.
• Support brand reputation as leading optical provider in the community.
