LensCrafters in Yonkers, NY seeks an Associate Optometrist to lead clinical care and grow the practice in collaboration with store leadership. You will perform comprehensive eye exams, diagnose and treat, and partner with the team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

The role requires Doctor of Optometry and strong communication skills, with a focus on quality care and ongoing professional development within a driven retail medical environment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree and license to practice
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry including Billing and Coding
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry

Responsibilities

• Lead with KPI accountability in partnership with MOD/store team
• Deliver high-quality optometric care per protocols and standards
• Support medical practice, referral care, and pre/post-op duties as applicable
• Ensure outstanding patient service and education to patients
