Monson Eyecare Center is seeking an Associate Optometrist to deliver comprehensive eye care across two Minnesota locations, Owatonna and Waseca. This full-time role offers 40 hours weekly in two practices, with patients seen in 20-minute basic exams and longer visits for medical needs.

The position emphasizes collaboration with a skilled team of optometrists, opticians, technicians, and staff, using state-of-the-art technology to ensure high-quality outcomes for all patients.

Qualifications

• Optometry license in Minnesota (required).
• Willingness to work across two locations (Owatonna & Waseca).
• Ability to see a mix of routine and medical visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive optometric care to a diverse patient population.
• Utilize advanced equipment (Optos, OCT, visual field, autorefractor) to guide diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Manage a two-location schedule with ~40 hours/week, coordinating patient care across Owatonna and Waseca.
