LensCrafters seeks an Associate Doctor of Optometry to join an Independent practice under a Subleasing doctor. You will provide high-quality optometric care and work within a fully equipped office offering advanced OD equipment and optional flexible scheduling.

Pay and hours are negotiated directly with the Subleasing doctor; private practice autonomy is preserved, with a broad rewards package under EssilorLuxottica’s umbrella. Opportunity to grow within a respected optical network.

Qualifications

• Independent practice experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to collaborate with Subleasing doctor.
• Good communication and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality optometric care to patients in the practice.
• Perform comprehensive eye exams and diagnose vision conditions.
• Coordinate care with the Subleasing doctor and support staff.
