Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Ability to operate within a Subleasing Doctor arrangement without company quotas.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills.
• Flexible scheduling and adaptive practice hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Operate within the Subleasing Doctor's practice model and autonomy.
• Negotiate terms directly with the Subleasing Doctor and manage scheduling.
• Utilize OD equipment such as Clarifye and Daytona Optomap in examinations.
