Job summary

Target Optical is seeking an Associate Optometrist in a flexible, part-time arrangement. The role operates within a Target Optical practice under an affiliated doctor, offering the autonomy to provide full-scope optometric care and professional discretion in patient treatment.

Most offices provide a fully furnished OD office with equipment and support, including potential use of Revolution EHR and pre-testing. Hours and pay are negotiated directly with the Subleasing doctor.

Qualifications

• Professional autonomy to care for patients.
• Full scope of practice predicated only on your professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor (no company imposed restrictions or quotas to meet).
• Flexible scheduling available including part-time commitments or the option to add work to an existing practice schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality optometric care within the practice of Target Optical.
• Collaborate with the Subleasing doctor to manage patient care and maintain professional standards.
• Utilize available OD equipment and, where applicable, Revolution EHR and pre-testing support.
