Job summary

Target Optical, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an Associate Doctor of Optometry to join a Subleasing Optometrist practice. You will provide high-quality optometric care to patients in a flexible, clinician-led environment within a Target Optical location.

As an independent practice, the pay and hours are negotiated directly with the Subleasing doctor; flexible scheduling and autonomy in patient care are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree.
• Experience delivering optometric care is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously within a subleasing practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Work within the practice of a Target Optical Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.
• Terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours negotiated directly with the Subleasing doctor.
