Job summary

Pearle Vision, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks an Associate Optometrist to join an independent private practice within a Pearle Vision Subleasing arrangement. You will provide high-quality eye care in a fully equipped OD office and collaborate with a subleasing doctor.

Flexible scheduling includes part-time commitments, with pay and hours negotiated directly with the Subleasing doctor. This is an Independent practice model with professional autonomy and opportunities for a diverse patient base.

Qualifications

• Professional autonomy to care for patients
• Full scope of practice predicated only on your professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor (no company imposed restrictions or quotas to meet)
• Flexible scheduling available including part-time commitments or the option to add work to an existing practice schedule

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients as part of an independent Pearle Vision practice
• Operate as Associate Doctor of Optometry within the Subleasing Doctor's practice with terms of agreement negotiated directly with the Subleasing Doctor
