LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Doctor of Optometry to join a Subleasing Optometrist practice in Concord, NH. You will deliver full-scope optometric care within an independently operated LensCrafters office, with compensation negotiated with the Subleasing doctor.

The role offers professional autonomy, flexible scheduling, and access to advanced diagnostic tools, including Clarifye, with a fully furnished OD office and supportive staff.

Qualifications

• OD degree and state licensure in good standing.
• Experience in a private/independent optometry setting preferred.
• Strong patient communication and care focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care to patients.
• Collaborate with Subleasing doctor to deliver comprehensive exams.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Offer flexible scheduling, including part-time options if applicable.
