The Associate Optometrist will support medical practice, referral care, and pre/post-op procedures when applicable, ensuring service excellence and continued professional development.

Qualifications

• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology.
• Problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality Optometric care in collaboration with the team.
• Lead KPI management and drive growth in the market.
• Establish Doctor/Patient relationships and ensure trust.
• Provide pre/post-op surgical support where applicable.
• Ensure patient service excellence and clear communication.
• Maintain licensure and continuing education requirements.
