Job description

We are seeking an optical engineer to support our expanding line of optical metrology, imaging and automation systems. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in optical principles, design, and relevant applications. Experience in optical engineering and metrology is highly beneficial, including optical imaging, optical components, opto-mechanical systems, and automation testing equipment. The optical engineer should be familiar with at least one optical design/analysis tool such as Zemax, Code V, or TracePro. Additionally, strong skills in math, physics, and device simulation (using commercial software or Python) are required, along with problem-solving abilities. Experience with scientific equipment such as lens systems, colorimeters, spectrometers, and MTF measurement systems is a plus. Some tasks will involve hands-on work with these systems, so manual dexterity is important.
