dsm-firmenich in Arcadia, WI is seeking an Associate Operator for a 12-hour night shift (2-2-3 schedule). You will operate process equipment, add ingredients, package, and clean to support production goals.

Responsibilities include following SOPs and cGMPs, documenting work in MPR and logs, and communicating status to the Shift Team Lead. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with process tech preferred; a sign-on bonus of $2,000 is offered.

Responsibilities

• Communicate status to Shift Team Lead and other operators about delays or issues.
• Support quality checks and process improvements as directed.

**Associate Operator, Production****Location: Arcadia, WI,****Onsite****12 - Hour Night Shift (2-2-3 Schedule)****Sign - On Bonus: $2,000.00**As an **Associate Operator**, you will be responsible for the manufacturing of new and existing products according to a pre-determined operations plan by the hands-on operation of process equipment, in accordance with Key Performance Measures, Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety/regulatory requirements, and operational goals. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location.
