Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK is recruiting for Associate Operating Room Assistants on a full-time, multi-shift basis. You will support the operating room team by maintaining a clean, safe environment, handling equipment and supplies, and ensuring a smooth patient flow throughout procedures.

The role requires a solid attendance record, a positive attitude, and flexibility. Preferred qualifications include a CNA certification and about 1 year of hospital experience.

Qualifications

• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Preferred: Certified Nursing Assistant
• 1 year Hospital experience.

This posting is for multiple openings of Associate Operating Room Assistant position at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK!

Currently available schedules:

• 2 positions open for Full time, 1.0 FTE, Variable shifts, 40 hours per week schedules.

Assists with general support of the professional staff in the operating suites. Activities focus on maintaining a safe, hazard free, clean environment that facilitates patient focused care. OR Assistants handle equipment and supplies, clean and decontaminate Operating Rooms and equipment, and operate and perform routine maintenance on a variety of technical equipment, and restock supplies. A solid attendence record, positive attitude and flexibility are required.
